Kap Frost I went to their egg hunt on April 1st. So much fun! They had petting animals and ponies to ride on. The egg hunt included major prizes (Which I didn’t win). The church has nice volunteers and they served free coffee and tea. Lots of little games you can play and win little toys for kids. Definitely a kid-friendly space for families or for teenagers. The church services start at 10 AM usually on Sundays.

Scott Fosdick I began attending Trinity shortly after moving to San José in 2005. I was shopping for churches, and immediately felt closer to God here. That has remained the most important factor in my choice to stay here, but I have also come to appreciate many other aspects of Trinity life: The congregation is wonderfully diverse. We are an active participant in trying to make downtown San José a better place for everybody. The music program is beautiful and welcoming.

Hunter Hren Wonderful parish and community. Found my faith here when moving in from out of state. It is a great place for beginners as all the prayers and hymns are on the front TVs. Highly recommend, god bless.

Selene I have visited this Church a couple of times and I find Priest Steve Kim quite good , he makes Spanish mass interesting by giving a different approach and real life examples, he speaks fluent Spanish even when making jokes. If you are around visit Sunday mass at 11:30 am totally recommended if you need a time to connect spiritually.

Leslie Yip Awakening church is a great church the people are really following the Lord. They invest a lot of time money in outreach to people in the community. The people are not judgmental and love people around them. The worship is good and the teaching is solid. I never felt judge or I was too bad of a person to go church. Check out the church. I promise you wont regret it.

Casey Staub Awakening has been our (family of 5 plus some extensions) home church since late October and each and every week weve been more and more encouraged that we are building a community in the right place. Not only is the community incredibly warm and welcoming, but there has been no inorganic pushing nor urging to serve, give or be involved. Which leads me to believe that every volunteer, and its easy to see, loves to serve God and love on people without any kind of unseen pressure within the church. The pastoral staff from the top down have been preaching truth and backing it with Scripture, and have already hit us with some intense sermons and series solely focused on truth as its written. No fluff nor feel good prosperity gospel here. 10/10

John Wan I went with a friend after ice skating on January 9th of 2013 for the pizza party and after speaking with the leaders and people, I knew immediately that this was a great group of people with whom I wanted to walk together. I have since grown from a spectator to serving on three different teams in this great community. All aspect of the church is great, from an amazing vision, passionate worship, living messages, solid leadership, and a healthy congregation. Like anywhere else, how much you receive depends on how much effort you invest. Over the years, I have developed strong friendships. There are plenty of opportunities to fellowship outside of bible study and church. While life has taken some of them away from my life and them leaving has been personally excruciatingly painful, this growing community is without a doubt full of life and faith.

Page Larkin The view. It is all about the view. ( see the reviews) We go out of our way to attend mass with Monsignor One priest was 20 minutes late for mass. Not an apology or explanation. Then he was late again And again. Now, everyone is required to be fingerprinted even if your job/ volunteer at the church is to hand out prayer books. Really? Parking lot is packed.
