Christina LeMieux This is just an update. I reviewed On Site Auto several years ago. The other day I took my car in for something minor and realized that it’s been a while since my first review for them in 2018. I just wanted to say that these guys are still the absolute best. Not only professional and excellent at what they do (they have kept my 2016 running perfect more efficiently and cost-effectively than the dealer)… but they are also good, kind folks, which is something you don’t always see. Thank you On Site, for continuing to be a great example of a business serving your community that you can take pride in. I always refer people over there whenever someone’s wondering about a good and honest auto repair shop and I will continue to choose you guys every time.

Ashley Hansen I first came to these guys based on Facebook recommendations. After being their customer for probably a year, I knew I loved their service and trusted them completely. But I decided to try a shop closer to my house just for convenience that also came with great recommendations. After one service there, I returned to On Site because I just felt so sure of their skills and honesty. I hugely recommend On Site Auto and wont be leaving again.

Gib Martinez First a.m. on July 22 24 dropped off my car for clutch issues and headlight problems. Im very relieved and grateful for the full clutch kit replacement and the drivers side headlight/wiring repair (fried) and new xenon bulb. I was given a loaner car to use. I was so amazed how promptly the work was done. Corey and Chris run an excellent repair shop and evoke complete trust. When I picked up car later that same day, Corey kept the old parts to show me the wear and tear of parts replaced, and felt amazed that they did this in one day. I highly recommend their professionalism to anyone needing their car accessed for needed service. Thanks again! I Will continue to refer your repair shop.

Justin is amazing in his kindness, skill and exceptional service. My sister bought a used BMW that had a lot of issues, and Justin was there every step of the way. He is extremely reasonable with his fees and always does exactly what he says he will do. I had a mini disaster with my Mini Cooper with flooding recently. When I got my car back I didnt recognize it. Runs perfectly and looks amazing. My Range Rover is also serviced here. You can trust Justin and his team at Ultimate Auto Care. It actually came down to me doing it myself once because of Covid but I’m so grateful to have found these guys. I have 3 cars with two having been here and one not yet but she’s old and will definitely need work done in the not doing distant future. Rambling aside I 100% recommend these guys. Jeff Silva Fixed a sunroof for 50 bucks. Give me an estimate of 160 for an hours work and when I got there the bill was only $56. Good, honest and very reasonable. Will use again

Gary Corda Dont even beginning thinking about doing any business with this man. He did show up, but began by telling me that his companies credit card system was being repaired and he couldnt take credit cards. He said he would make an estimate, and I would have to pay him in cash. I called my warranty company and I gave Kirk the phone to speak with the agent. He was on the phone for 20 minutes and then hung up. Kirk told me that all of the repairs would be covered and I believed him. All I would have to do is submit the invoice and after the deductible they would reimburse me the difference. I then gave Kirk $1,900.00 in cash He did leave me a detailed hand written invoice. After that he left and never returned to finish the job. I tried calling Kirk and the phone rolled over to the DMV drunk driving division. I also called the warranty company, and they admitted that they had spoken with Kirk but no discussion was done regarding coverage. After I submitted the invoice they refused it saying that it couldnt be understood. There were so many red flags and I was foolosh. Kirk had horrible teeth to me indicating to me a drug usage and his white Chevy suburban 2001 was all beat up. He did a little work but I am going to have a reliable repair business redo everything as well as the undone tasks. This company will take a credit card after the work is complete and I will know what the warranty company will pay. By all means, do not do any business with this thief. I have called the police and the district attorney is beginning an undergoing complete investigation. I have family that are investigators and they are really taking this seriously. This will be my repayment. R

Karla Atherton This business hired our company to provide services on their behalf in San Diego CA to a customer of theirs that had their RV at the Sun Outdoors RV Resort in Chula Vista. Kirk, the business owner, authorized the work order. We provided the service on March 24th, 2025, contacted him to get payment for agreed quoted price, and as of today April 29,2025 he has gosted us completely and not paid his bill nor contacted us back at all. Please be aware that this a dishonest business that will unfortunately take you to the cleaners. I read several reviews at Yelp and they are very concerning, I wish we had read them before agreeing to work for Kirk. Shame on people like him that is allowed to commit this type of fraudalent activities.

Zachary Bright Today, 02/23/25, at 9am, my car would not start. The battery was dead and even a jump only lasted a minute or two. I was late for work, desperate. I called Santa Rosa Mobile Mechanics. They promised to help me, they said they would be there, with a battery by 9:45, and they would have on the road by roughly 10:30. I missed a phone call from them, I was talking to my work. I called them back, they had taken my license plate # incorrectly, i told them the correct #. After that, they completely ghosted me, I called multiple times. Ended up having to get my car towed to a different shop. Completely Unprofessional, I would avoid this business at all costs. Seriously, they could have just told me they couldn’t anymore, but because they just ghosted me, I lost over an hour and a half waiting because i expected them to be there by 10:30 at the latest. Just call somewhere else, I promise you’ll be happier you did.

Timothy BrownDotNet The brake on one wheel of my truck engaged while driving down Piner Road so I pulled into the first mechanic I could find, High Tech Auto Services. I asked Francisco if he could fix brakes and he confirmed that he could. I asked where I could put my truck and he said that I would have to bring it back the next day. I explained that I was broken down in his lot and couldnt take it. He was oddly combative about it. He told me that homeless people will come and take it if I leave it there. I told him that theyd have to fix it to do so, so I hoped that they would. In the end I had to get it towed from this shop to another one because he wouldnt allow me to leave it among the other six cars that were there. Its really weird and expensive to have to pay to get your vehicle towed to somebody elses shop because he wants the job but wont let you leave it with the other ones hes got waiting. You werent there when I needed you. I wont be back.

bronson johnson Took my vehicle for a brake and lamp inspection and was failed for things I should not have been. He didn’t even complete the inspection which he was paid to do. I then Took it to another shop and passed, this shop will scam you if they can. Stay clear. If you need a brake and lamp inspection go to Tri- star automotive instead.

Darcy Harlan WARNING; CROOKED Paid 250 for safety inspection. Failed due to foggy headlights. I asked if I brought it back the next day if he would pass it. He said yes but it would be another $250 inspection fee; unless he fixed it. He said the headlights are hard to get but if I brought them to him he’s charge me $380 labor plus the inspection fee again

mmmrclean I was looking for a mobile mechanic to do a used car inspection for me as I was buying out of state, I called around to a couple with no answer from any and Dave called me back within 5 minutes and put me on his schedule. I work at a dealership and am quite mechanical so I am aware of any bs someone could make up about a car and can confirm he knows what he is talking about, he was extremely straight forward, and extremely detailed with everything. He explained everything on the phone in detail with what he found, his personal thoughts on the car, and also sent a ton of photos of all around the car and under. Long story short I flew out to buy the car and drove it home 15 hours with no problems and instantly noticed the minor details he had told me about over the phone in detail and he was spot on. I highly recommend Dave.

Andy McDaniel Dave is awesome. He knows everything about mechanics and various vehicles from ATVs to cars to generators, etc. Always on time does thorough work. Always friendly. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
