Roberto E. I had the unfortunate experience of breaking the pivot ball on my Nissan 350z at Thunderhill Raceway. I could no longer engage the clutch system and the pedal was stuck to the floor. Since it was on a weekend, no shops were open in 50 mile radius except for JnJ Automotive. I called and they welcome me at ease and requested for I to tow my vehicle to them. Within an hour, they found the problem and gave me the best approach on how to fix it and what options i had to prevent any other issues in the long run. Since it was a 19 year old vehicle with 155K miles, it was best to replace the clutch system since I plan to track this year. Within days, the car was ready to go! He would rather see you fix your issues then continue to sell you tires... not everyone is this honest. Its a small business and they can be very busy. That should say something.

They worked directly with my insurance company (NYCM) to handle all of the arrangements, and even went out of their way to obtain a rental vehicle for me. Ive had some hit and miss experiences with tuners across the Bay Area but the entire process at M45/Snail was just so smooth. I assumed the process would have taken the majority of an afternoon but they got me in and out in less than an hour; even after showing up a few minutes late. I’ve owned my Subaru for about 6 years now and it’s never been running this well. Absolute 10/10 for their service. Thank you Travis, Seth, and the whole team at M45!!

Nick R Had M45 install my Cobb nextgen fuel system and tuned by snail performance. Had a great experience and fuel economy is greatly improved as well as power. Rohit Mahto I have been making the 2.5 hour drive to these guys from the Bay Area for a specific build to my Wrx 2022 Vb. And I’ve never been disappointed by the mechanical work and tuning. Randy is such an amazing partner to work with. He helped me resolve a complex EVAP related check engine issue after my stage 2 upgrade (When other shops locally gave up I reached out to him). If you have a Subie and can make a drive to Auburn these are the guys. Their waiting room is very comfy as well and there are shops walking distance so you could get coffee/ lunch easily.

Keith Vallier MAYBE 5 STARS!!!! I will be updating my review shortly I have been really pleased with me and my wifes experience here. Me and my wife came here after recommendations by several people for the fact they work well with people that have no credit which is a situation me and my wife are in. We looked other places but could only get financed with the larger down payment or cosigner which we were trying to avoid but after some finagling Eric was able to get us financed and was able to come up with a vehicle that was right in line with what me and my wife were looking for. We did have to produce some more paperwork so had to come back a second day to finalize everything the only issue we have encountered is not but a few hours after driving off the lot our 2017 Jeep Cherokee it started displaying a service shifter light so we have contacted the dealership to get this resolved so depending on how the situation shakes out my review will either add that last star which Im hoping is the case otherwise well be losing some Stars. But Im hoping that I get to add that last star because overall for me and my wifes first experience buying a vehicle especially with not having any credit to speak of this experience has been very painless dealing with Eric the first day and then Suzanne II they were both great and making the whole process smooth and gave us some great tips along the way and as long as everything plays out accordingly me and my wife look forward to doing more business with them in the future

Work in Progress Jess I can’t say enough good things about Suzanne and everyone at Hibdon! We REALLY needed a new car, our old one was smoking! But we didn’t know how we were going to afford one with our bad credit and junky trade in. We got so much more than I thought we would get for our trade in! On top of that we were able to get a loan on a car we never thought we could afford, 2019 Ford! It had been wonderful - we can finally take trips to the coast and I can Dash to make more money! Suzanne was awesome helping us find not only a newer car but an incredible one! She didn’t stop until we were approved for a loan even with our credit! Sean M My children and a bear destroyed the interior of my Ram 1500. My insurance company suggested that I get quotes from Fix Auto and a few other places. They came in at reasonable to lower quotes. Fix Auto worked with my insurance company so I hardly had to do a thing. The results were amazing. Like a have a brand new car. I may never let my kids set foot in my truck again.
