From the start, Yates/Alex were prompt to assist me -- offering high quality and reasonably priced options. Communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. Their ETA for the custom pair was spot on. Delivery was fast & secure. Payment transaction was quick, efficient, and simple. I received not just the earrings in a jeweler box with independent lab-graded diamond Certificates (for each diamond), but Alex was so kind to also include a gift bag and tissue paper to present to my wife. Alex/Yates went above and beyond for both service and product than what you would get from a "Big Box Jeweler." Im already considering my next purchase from them and look forward to being impressed, again!

Called the number and Alexandra was so courteous looking up the earrings for me, sending a video of them and shipping them out right away after I purchased them! I went there for a welded gold bracelet and came out so good I came for another one then I came back later for an engagement ring and a diamond bracelet.!
