The items she teaches are jewelry youd want to wear, at price not much more than just buying it outright. And youll have the skills to make many more items. Classes are up to 6 people but usually only one or two. Tools are provided so no costly outlay up front.

    Edith Souvannarack: I bought a 10k pendent less then a week ago and it was a size down from the largest letter size. He told me it would be 100 so I told him I’d take it. It was already closing time and I had my toddler with me so I wasn’t paying attention to the bag he handed me.. When I got in the car and drove off (because I stay out of town) I realized that it wasn’t even the same pendent that I had agreed to buying. It was a size down from the one that I had paid for . Therefore, I ended up paying $119 after taxes for a 10k gold pendent that didn’t even add up to 1g of gold on the scale.. the same pendent that I could of purchased at home for $65/$75 at most. I was very disappointed but there was nothing I could do since I lived in Fresno. I just wanted everyone to be aware of the type of business that they conduct.

Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Becky and Matt. Found out Matt is a fellow musician and our personalities gelled immediately. Wonderful selection of items and nice inventory. I highly recommend!

    cruz salazar: If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.
