His level of customer service went above and beyond other companies I have dealt with. Tim recently went to bat for me to help get a resolution with a company I ordered equipment from when they were unable to meet their original deadline. This was 4 months after my equipment purchase and he did not have to do this. With his help, I was able to get a resolution to my problem with the other company. Plus that office goes though different people like water. Once again I talked someone at some main office and that was no help. I am done with them FINIALLY AND YES I WANT SOME OF MY.MONEY BACK AND A LAWYER WILL BE SOMETHING Looked into.

Robo collars and harassment? Sounds pretty consistent with the scams working out there. There are better companies to give your business to. Steer clear of this one.
