1 /5 Nicole D: These reviews are a joke just like this place. I always ask for quotes, Ive done this a long time and have been with the same preparer for years. I was referred to this place so I gave it a shot and did my taxes with this guy but will definitely be the first and last time. Very inconsiderate of my time, had me waiting 45 mins past appointment time, he was not helpful or informational AT ALL. I can do what he did on turbo tax. Made grammatical and numerical errors on my personal information on documents, and overcharged EVEN THOUGH I WAS REFERRED. Stay away from this place and these fake paid reviews.

Hes patient, honest and most importantly, knows what he is doing. Yes, he isnt just a person that got trained for 3 months and is now your "expert adviser", this dude has been at it for YEARS. Zach DeLancey: Sunset Financial Group financed equipment for my business quickly and hassle free. The finance guy I worked with, Tim, was a pleasure to do business with. His level of customer service went above and beyond other companies I have dealt with. Tim recently went to bat for me to help get a resolution with a company I ordered equipment from when they were unable to meet their original deadline. This was 4 months after my equipment purchase and he did not have to do this. With his help, I was able to get a resolution to my problem with the other company. Form the time of the loan post covid was was taken advantage of just to receive the loan I was not told when I applied that I need to use my car and that my rate would not change but a little even with a good pay record of the years especially with covid and also with losing my job and as of late the Eton fires I was not granted any help please the local office help was very bad and at times had to use words. Plus that office goes though different people like water. Once again I talked someone at some main office and that was no help. I am done with them FINIALLY AND YES I WANT SOME OF MY.MONEY BACK AND A LAWYER WILL BE SOMETHING Looked into.
