It seemed that some details kept changing, which led to a bit of frustration. However, I would like to acknowledge Selena, a newer team member who assisted me with exceptional clarity and professionalism. She was straightforward, patient, and very willing to help, which made my experience much smoother. I greatly appreciated her approach.
On the other hand, I felt that some guidance from the management could have been clearer to avoid any confusion. My hope is that with more consistent communication, the bank can enhance the customer experience and make processes easier to navigate.
