4 /5 Chad McClure: I recently visited West America Bank to inquire about obtaining a security box. Initially, I had some difficulty getting clear, consistent information. It seemed that some details kept changing, which led to a bit of frustration. However, I would like to acknowledge Selena, a newer team member who assisted me with exceptional clarity and professionalism. She was straightforward, patient, and very willing to help, which made my experience much smoother. I greatly appreciated her approach. On the other hand, I felt that some guidance from the management could have been clearer to avoid any confusion. My hope is that with more consistent communication, the bank can enhance the customer experience and make processes easier to navigate. 1 /5 559 Gibbs: I tried to withdraw $400, the ATM did not dispense money but electronically its a pending post on my non-Westamerica account. I called the branch manager that same day, she was disinterested and told me to call my bank. I called a different manager five days later and she said the problem was with my bank. She said that they were aware of their ATM problem but Id just have to wait. My bank cannot do anything while its still pending and Westamerica wont process it as "no-cash given", so Im in limbo. Id like to call the police but they would tell me its a civil matter. If I took $400 from Westamerica Id be a criminal, but its a civil matter when Westamerica has taken it and they laugh it off.
