He did not have a problem staying late on some of our meeting to explain how life insurance works. He was able to answer my concerns and questions in a reasonably timely fashion when we were not able to meet and forced to communicate thru phone and email. Also, I never felt pressured to do anything that I did not think made sense to me to do.
