5 /5 Connie Myers: My Landlord policy was recently cancelled as INS. CO. pulled business out of CA. I had been contacting numerous ins. co. receiving quotes but then no follow up from any of them. I searched again. Found McClatchy Ins. offered Landlord policies which many do not I had terrific service from Mr. C. Kerksieck. I had had an accident and couldnt do the inspection. He volunteered to handle it. When needed, he contacted tenants. He made the process so easy for me and so patient and pleasant in answering all my questions. He also had one of the least expensive policies offered. I highly recommend them for any insurance needs.
