5 /5 VIV: Walked into the office on Northgate Emmanuel was very helpful, he was able to get me a lower rate than before! I met the new manager too, Ulises was very helpful in assisting Emmanuel with any questions he had, they both were very nice, great conversation and good customer service, the office was clean and I got out of there fairly reasonable.
