5 /5 wrathful saiyan: Pros and cons.. Cons, they are still growing, so not many weights for the machines. Its a garage. Pros, Im autistic and have issues with crowds nobody bothers me while I work out. I can rent the whole gym when I dont feel like being around people, even during the non open hours. Coach JJ doesnt just explain things, she shows me how to do the exercise then backs off and lets me do it. She never treats me like Im different. I can put on what ever music I want like its my own private gym.

Ngocminh Nguyen: ⭐ 1 star for the assistant manager’s manipulative behavior. Update: Ive just checked my membership cancellation email and found that the reason stated was a “policy violation” — noted by the same manager I mentioned below. My biggest mistake, as anyone could make, was not fully reading the policy and trusting the staffs who failed to catch my so-called “violation” for 9 months. How judge-free and fair-minded that manager must be! Here is my first review: I called last year to confirm if I could video call my online PT at the gym. The staff said it was fine until yesterday. I understand there might now be some concerns about video calls. The manager kindly discussed it with me, and we agreed that having a short video call in my training area — as long as it didn’t disturb others — would be acceptable. Later on, another staff member approached me with a rather strict attitude and gave several warnings. I’m not sure if this was part of the current training or a personal approach. Since I’ve always had positive experiences with Planet Fitness before, I wanted to share this as feedback for consistency and communication training among staff. Unfortunately, the mixed messages between the manager and the staff made me decide to cancel my membership. I still hope Planet Fitness can maintain its friendly and supportive environment that I used to appreciate.

The workouts are hard but modifiable based on your skill level. They also give back to the community by doing donation drives for various non-profits organizations in the area. If you are looking for a gym to call home.....this is the place!

clarence dixon: AP Fit is a great class for adults, it challenges you no matter what level of fitness you’re at. My kids also attend AP group training classes and they Love it, they look forward to going to class to workout each week. All the trainers at AP are friendly and encouraging.

No waiting around for machines or dealing with overcrowded cardio areas. The community is another major plus. Everyone respects the grind, and whether youre a beginner or a seasoned lifter, there’s a strong sense of support and camaraderie. The owner clearly care about lifting culture and it shows in how the space is laid out and maintained. It’s not flashy, and it’s definitely not a “fitness club”—but if you’re serious about training, Legion is everything you need and nothing you don’t. Highly recommend

Carolina Flores: OTF is great!! The coaches genuinely care, they not only watch your form so you don’t hurt yourself, they support and encourage too. AND the workouts are already planned out - you don’t have to worry about which exercises to do, how many reps, how long on treadmill, etc. Best part, the people..members, coaches, managers and front desk. All great!!
