Elan translated my design preferences into the exact engagement ring I wanted, and, also clearly explained price point differences (e.g. a higher expense diamond does not necessarily mean greater visible clarity—at least not without a microscope). Overall, I had a great experience with VRAI and would recommend that prospective clients ask for Elan.
