5 /5 Jose F. Zinicola: This gym is great! Very clean, organized, and with all the machines you need for a good workout. The atmosphere is comfortable and everything is well maintained. Spencer at the front desk is awesome. He is very friendly and always helps with membership questions, and sometimes can also guide you with a machine if needed. He even speaks some Spanish, which is really helpful. If you need anything about memberships or general help, I recommend talking to Spencer — he makes the experience even better!

5 /5 Nate King: Real nice gym, the trainers here are super helpful, im able to ask them questions and get good solid answers. If i need a spot on bench i know im good. Anthony is one of the trainers whos just all around very knowledgeable of the gym and knows how to deal with injuries while staying fit. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

5 /5 Mark Osorio: I’ve really enjoyed my experience at this gym! The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which makes working out much more enjoyable. The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and willing to help. There’s a great variety of equipment available, and it’s easy to find what you need most of the time. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add a few more cable machines since they can get busy during peak hours. Overall, though, it’s a fantastic place to train, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional fitness environment.

UPDATE: After the remodel things have been amazing the staff and manager Daniel have been great help and keep the gym clean and stocked with wipes !! Great vibes from Raf, Darien, Marlon, Jordan, Juan and so much more!! Keep it up!! Update #2 Still good vibes music amazing not too loud, friendly environment, great selection of machines!! The employees Darien, Marlon, Jordan, Dolton, Daniel, Rami, and Spencer are all amazing people to talk to!!

5 /5 TERESITA MONTALVO: Awesome Gym! !! Love my training! Brian is the best. I hated going to the gym because of intimidation but I feel so welcome when I come to this gym. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean equipment and is well kept. I will continue coming here and enjoying my workout.
