1 /5 Tiffany S: Update: I spoke to the owner who, despite his original promise, stated he would not give me back that $245 because he couldn’t find the page I signed. So the screw up of a worker cost me $245. I was told by the owner himself “I handle all the cancellations so its guaranteed that nothing goes wrong….But sometimes human error occurs” except, apparently, in my case. The best part about this gym is that it is almost always empty, I wouldn’t suggest it for any other reason at this point.
At the end of 2021/beginning of 2022 I canceled my membership with the gym. I went in, signed the paperwork (which is policy) and was told that it would expire 30 days from the date I signed. That was fine. I continued to be charged $35 (my fault for not noticing it). Anytime you call this place they don’t answer. Finally I spoke to the owner who was great and said he wouldn’t contest the dispute on the charges. I’m now being charged $245! Of course no one answers when I try to find out why
