That week, I contacted other Insurance companies, such as: Farmers, Webers and others. Only a few brokers come back with quotes around $240-$300!!! Some of them never called back. Most of them clearly show no interest, i.e. "dont disturb me, Im too important and bored" and "Id like your info for marketing purposes". In contrast, Mr. O. Macaulay exhibited professionalism and was eager to help (i.e. respectful, polite, caring, personable, easy-to-talk and returned every call as he promised). Pants Moosh (Moosh Pants): The email you sent me requesting a review, struck a nerve. I am not a fan. Ive been with Allstate for years now. My biggest complaints? This is my agent to which I was auto assigned. I have NEVER spoken to anyone at this location. They DO NOT answer the phone. They DO NOT return calls. They DO NOT respond to emails. When I need to speak to a person, I have to block my number so I can get the main line, otherwise I am routed directly to my agent. Better still, your home office is entitled to do specific things the main line cant handle, so I have been screwed on more than one occasion. I have since moved but Allstate will not let me switch agents and no other agents will take me, as they wont get their commission. Trash.
