    mansa shaka: 1 star for good customer service 1 star for the ability to pay cash -3 stars: If you pay cash money for a monthly insurance plan than you will have to pay a 33% charge for the privilege to pay in that way. While its in the fine print Id have preferred to have been explained this upfront rather than be lied to my face. Only to be explained the truth after a bit of calling around. The work around to this is to pay in cash for a years worth of insurance to circumnavigate the added charges.

    Jessie Smith: No matter what branch you go to San Leandro Antioch Alameda or Oakland its ALWAYSSSSSS about 4 or 5 tellers 4 of them are walking around and 1 person is on the window 5 or 6 customers in line they are really pleasant thats the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars. This is why I only have an savings account here I can imagine how it would be if I had a banking account.

    Michelle White: I have had nothing but hassle with this office. I recently had to make an appointment with the irs over my trust account and the irs said that they never received my 1099r from edward jones so when I called Katie answered and backly called me a lie and that they couldnt resend them to the irs. I have had nothing but trouble with her since she realized who my sister was and is not very professional.
