U.S. Bank Branch - Antioch (CA)

2 /5 Jessie Smith: No matter what branch you go to San Leandro Antioch Alameda or Oakland its ALWAYSSSSSS about 4 or 5 tellers 4 of them are walking around and 1 person is on the window 5 or 6 customers in line they are really pleasant thats the ONLY reason I gave 2 stars. This is why I only have an savings account here I can imagine how it would be if I had a banking account.

1 /5 BabyCakez Dah 1: This teller bhad the line held up 4 customers back! There was no one else in the branch! We have been standing here while he and the lady chit chat and go through her account line for line!! This is utterly ridiculous especially if he is the only teller working! Everyone has to tend to the rest of their working day!! We do not enzymes to come in branch and have to wait a thousands hours just to get service! I am VERY AGGRAVATED AND UPSET about this in store experience

4 /5 Lisa Stephenson: I just used the ATM. Its convenient because its inside a grocery store. They do charge a fee if you arent a customer of their bank but my credit union always gives me back any fees I am charged when I use ATMs that arent my branch. Its a fast machine.

1 /5 clarissa martinez: I came to deposit my tax refund which was issued in my name and my spouse. We were both present , and felt discriminated. The manager, Jesse, was starring at us from head to toe , and proceeded to say no when I explained she was my spouse. I have been with the same bank since 2013 and have never had this issue. I spoke to customer service and they advised to call the branch as they can accommodate the transaction , when I explained this to the manager he confirmed he was making the executive decision of declining this transaction due to bad experiences in the past, stated 3rd party checks are not reliable. This is my tax refund. I didnt know a person holds that much power for such a big name bank. I feel disappointed and since its the branch within a 50 mile radius, a little helpless.
