5 /5 Ivan Perbetsky: Me and the boys have been going to UFC gym for some months now and it’s an awesome gym be at, my membership only costs about a dollar a day and when I signed up I got a free month, also incredibly friendly staff members. On top of that it’s in a great spot nearby Max Muscle and it’s open 24 hours so there’s good times of day you can find so that it’s not crowded when you go!

I left the gym for a year due to some personal circumstances, and when I came back, things had gotten even better! UFC still provides the hometown gym feel without compromising on the quality/quantity of equipment, has a friendly staff that recognizes you, and has much to offer anyone who walks through the door. Whether its classes, weightlifting, personal training, or learning kickboxing, UFC can provide! My boyfriend and I got to know Jake, Tanta, and Patrick, and we just LOVE them. ❤️

Heidi Engel: I wish I could give this zero. This is a gym filled with creeps, not a good gym for girls. The staff frequently followed me around and one staff member told me to put my shirt over my sports bra, while I was in the CHANGING ROOM, in the middle of changing. Even after explaining myself, she was still rude. It’s full of dirty and usually broken equipment, and don’t bother going in the afternoon, all the high school boys will be crowded around a single machine, blocking all the other ones from being used.

Morgan Larson: Im a confident person and hide my fears well, but admittedly I was a little nervous starting at a Crossfit gym! Im female and had never touched a barbell before but something about the intensity was very intriguing to me. Ive been with Rubicon since the beginning of the year (2021) and am so happy I found this place!! The coaches made the introduction to Crossfit painless (ok I was sore!) and fun. Every workout can be scaled to a level appropriate for each persons fitness and skills. Ive learned a ton in 5 short months and love that there are always more skills to work on. Dave, Janelle and Michael have created a wonderful sense of community. Overall an excellent place to get fit and have fun while doing it!

Always trying to hit on my friend and she’s underage… I’m pretty sure that staff no longer works here but also lately some guys at the front desk always make small talk and make my friends and I see other women working out they like to flirt with them.

The organization keeps the space focused and efficient. They also have an Optimize U clinic for recovery and performance, which is a huge bonus. As someone in there 60s, I simply wanted to maintain muscle strength and not necessarily bulkup too much and that I have been able to do. I joke with my trainer, Leif, that it also feels like a therapy session too everytime I come in. Great atmosphere!
