5 /5 Tri Dao: After 3 years of not working out, got back into the gym. I wanted to ease back into the routine to prevent injury and build skills. It has been 6 months, and the progress has been great. Tyler did a great initial assessment and created a plan. Ive mixed 1 on 1 sessions with group classes, and both have been great.
The personal sessions allow for fine tuning my form and focus on troubling areas. Then I use the group classes to maintain momentum and build strength.
Tyler is a great trainer. Keeps me motivated, maintains detailed notes to track progress, is mindful about my body mechanics, and doesnt push past my comfort zone. Hes made workouts fun, and I look forward to what is new at each session.
