Wildflower Pole Fitness LLC - Grass Valley
Addie Zangara: Ruby taught a pole fitness class for my friends and me during my friend’s bachelorette weekend, and we had an absolute blast! She was incredibly kind, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable—no matter their experience level. Ruby even went the extra mile and decorated for the bachelorette party, which made the whole experience even more special. If youre thinking about trying a pole fitness class, I highly recommend Ruby and Phoebe. We had so much fun and can’t wait to take another class!
The Yoga Dive - Grass Valley
Ezekiel OBrien: I came to an excellent movement workshop about using foam rollers and toys for myofascial release. It was hosted by the owner and a couple of her delightful friends from the osteo and dance worlds. Of course, I bought their excellent intro deal as I am a curious soul who knows a lot about movement, and these women had a special something. I was taken by the gentleness in Bex’s class. I had never actually seen someone use a bolster in bow pose. I went to Mandys Restorative class and was struck by how pure and focused it was, backed by serious anatomical knowledge. The puddle of drool on my mat in a prone position reminded me how deep the rest is. I do a ton of yoga and dance. I am federally disabled with a unicorn brain disease (now stable, yay ;)),and in the years that remain, I will be moving lots to manage Parkinsonism. I am very happy and adjusted. I have so much love and love my disabled life. I seek places that keep the joy going. I got a good (gym culture can be ableist as hell)feeling about this dive. Will be purchasing a class pack as I love my home studio, which has a hard-driving, warm vibe and the protection from ableism this soul needed. I also know the dive is safe, so Ill be napping here a couple of times a week;)
East Anaheim Gymnasium - Anaheim
Levi Schultz: Its a blast to come here, The volleyball open gym is awesome, and the people are very friendly and encouraging. The bathrooms are super clean (it is a government building. What do you expect) 10 out of 10
Club Pilates - Anaheim
Liz B: Today was my first time at Club Pilates Anaheim Hills. Instructor Michelle was friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is comfortable. I did their Level 1 workout. I thought the flow was perfect and I am looking forward to future classes.
24 Hour Fitness - Yorba Linda
24 Hour Fitness
S C: Terrible location. First of all, they allowed a majority of the plates to be stolen.....at last count I think one of the managers said they were missing over 70 plates....HOW?? It was definitely allowed to happen. They promised new machines forever and finally got a few that are such cheap quality they are already broken. Another issue at this location in particular are the broccoli hair, crocs with pj pants kids that come in groups of 4-6 and play around hogging machines v actually training seriously. Another terrible thing theyve done is raise the temp on the ac so its always sweltering in here. The managers come and go like a revolving door....the kids they hire at the front desk dont even bother to look up from their phones to see whos coming and going. The locker room is disgusting as someone else mentioned. Just throw the whole location away
HOTWORX - Anaheim, CA - Anaheim Hills Festival - Anaheim
Brandi Skaggs: Love this location so much! The staff is amazing and I love the workouts. I feel so relieved after a good sweat session. My muscles aren’t as sore as normal and the infrared helps me sweat out all my toxins. I love that it’s 24hr access because I can just pop in when it’s convenient! Try your first time free!!
BODYROK Anaheim Hills - Pilates Studio - Anaheim
Joahna Joy: Great classes and instructors are awesome!!! Make sure you bring a sweat towel and bottle water because you WILL break a sweat (meaning, you will sweat bullets, LOL). Classes are fun and challenging.
Orangetheory Fitness - Anaheim
Deep Sran: Been coming here for a couple years and it’s been great! I come here 2x a week for HIIT and do traditional weight lifting and play basketball at another gym. The staff is kind and very accommodating. Coaches Taylor, Jillian, and Danielle are awesome and very motivating! Coaches Tiffany and Jeremy were great too but are longer here.
Ultimate Ninjas Anaheim Hills - Anaheim
Joshua Schow: This place is great for kids, any age. The coaches are genuinely good people – skilled, encouraging, and great at building rapport. The program is effective, clearly developing strength, endurance, and coordination, but the best part is seeing the boost in confidence as our kids master new challenges. It has a wonderful, family-focused atmosphere where everyone feels welcome from day one. If youre looking for a positive, active environment for your child to grow and have fun, this is it. We feel great about being part of this program!"
Fanatics Athletic Club - Yorba Linda
Johnny Pratt: Today was my first day going here, the owner made me feel like I was his friend for 20 years checked on me, made sure I knew how to work the machines, it is a Awesome place,I feel Ive found my place to work out, just a calm super clean place with the nicest folks working out, not what I was use to at other places. This is a five star place. If your looking for a place to get into shape or stay in shape I recommend here!.Johnny
