Farmers Insurance - Ron Henderson - Palm Desert April Henderson: This is the worst insurance office I have ever done business with!
They do not look out for their customers best interests, and when I raised my concerns I was completely blown off.
I requested my homeowners policy be converted to a rental policy and I was told by their rep that it couldnt be done. They then sent me a quote for more than double what it cost with my current carrier.
I contacted my carrier directly and found out that it could be done for only a couple hundred dollars more than my existing premium. When I contacted Ron Henderson about the disparity, he argued with me. I had to have the carrier contact them directly to get the change made.
Even updating my new mailing address, a simple request, blew up into a giant event.
I had also spoken to Ron regarding getting information on Medicare coverage. He told me someone from his office would contact me, which they never did.
In short, steer clear of this brokerage office!
