But thanks to the Carmen Valencia Farmers Insurance Agency in Palm Desert, it was much better than I could have, or would have...hoped for. Customer Service Representative Alba Navarro made it as easy for me as it could possibly be. She was always available, friendly and courteous, and so very knowledgeable. She either already knew, or if not, investigated and quickly found the answers to any questions I had. I could not have had a better experience of working with a Customer Service Representative than was provided to me by Alba and this Farmers agency. I highly recommend them!

They all help me with any kind of questions, help me on how to save on all my policies. Just last July my apartment flooded and I didnt kniw how I was going to replace somenof my furniture and other items. I email Mina that night and right away in the morning she tells me dont worry thats why you have renters insurance. I was taken care off right away from getting some money to replace items to a free stay at a hotel of my choice. Its been a great 22 years with this group.

I made a claim and AAA had me Pat out of pocket for 2 estimates, take pictures of irrelevant things then decline any help for me to get my vehicle fixed. So the money I spent trying to go by their protocol just wasted my time and money to get my truck fixed. Not even worth having a member ship after 10 years and you guys can’t help me or just don’t want to. It seems you’re working hard to make it worse for me.

Kaitlyn Williamson: I would definitely not recommend Geico to anyone seeking recommendations for auto insurance. After spending an exorbitant amount of time on the phone with customer service, and being reassured by two different agents that my claim was fully covered, and the auto body shop having my husband’s car for nearly a week waiting to begin the work, Geico at the very last second informed me that my claim wouldn’t be covered. We’ve wasted so much time with the car sitting at the shop and so much time going back and forth with them on the phone, and they’ve been nothing short of a nightmare. I’m not sure what kind of business can get away with telling a customer TWICE that something is covered and then just randomly backing out at the last second but it’s certainly not one that I’ll continue giving my money to. Now I have the pleasure of spending the day searching for new auto insurance because this isn’t a matter of policy, it’s a matter of failing to deliver on a promise that was made by TWO different employees and a “manager” stepping in and reneging at the last second. This company is unreliable and dishonest, AT BEST.
