5 /5 Pastorcita Juarez: I love coming to this store, it is well stocked, always has a good selection of products, everything is of good quality, but today my review is not for the store but for the kind and honest staff they have. Today July 1st, I went to buy some things and the cashier was a very kind and friendly young man. After paying, he helped me carry my things to the car because I had a lot of heavy products like flower pots, etc. Then when I got home I realized that I had forgotten my sunglasses at the store and I called asking what time they closed and told the person where i believe i left my sunglasses. A very kind man answered and said, "Come to customer services." I asked: do you think they found them, and he said, I think so. Conclusion: I arrived less than an hour ago, and my sunglasses were there, intact. I want to deeply thank you for your honesty and, above all, your excellent customer service. Honestly, every time I come here, I always find kind people, but today it was more than that, I realize that this store has the kindest and most honest employees. Thank you all.

1 /5 A Liberatore: DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Horrible customer service and the amount of homeless people that come in to the store is insane. The employees are always on edge because of it. Employees are rude and not welcoming. Grecia and Jose were so disrespectful to me!! And yet, customer service and corporate management based out of Honolulu did nothing to address my concerns. I made the mistake of shopping here recently and I will not be coming back which is too bad because the merchandise offeeings are actually decent but the above mentioned issues unfortunately outweigh the rest. Go to Ross or Marshalls. But do yourself a favor and Avoid the tj maxx in Oceanside.

5 /5 Tisa Farrell: I have my sister and friend visiting from other country, they were impressed of all selections and reasonable price of the items at T.J.Maxx. We visited the one in Vista. A cashier named JUNE went out of her way to help us get 10% off. Thank you so much.

1 /5 Cathy Newton: We are from out of town and wanting to go to the beach Needed another swimsuit for my daughter so we stopped here We went through their hodge podge left over swimwear. Not a whole lot to go through Found some exercise shorts that look like a swimsuit and a cute bikini top Actually found bottoms that matched the print of the top but top was a sm (which for her and is my daughters size), and the other was a med, the bottoms, which do not fit her She spend 30 minutes trying everything on and settled for the work shorts that look like swimwear and the bikini top We get to the front and they tell us that they have to find the bottoms that go with the top So we patiently wait a good 10 minutes at the register while they do their thing They come back and tell us that they could sell us the top and if they dont find the matching bottoms then they would discount us back I let them know that we are from out of town so how would that work out They then change their story and tell us they cant sell us the bikini top at all since they cannot find the bottoms and have to give it 7 days to try and find the matching bottoms I guarantee someone took the bottoms and traded them out for a different size because women arent always the same size in top that they are on the bottom We went through ALL of their swimsuits and workout tops/sports bras and active wear There was not another one of these swimsuits So instead of just discounting us the only top that they have, they wont allow us to purchase it So we went back and tried to find something else Nothing else fits The staff were friendly from the dressing room to their front I am leaving a review of one star because they just created an unnecessary hassle for us. The policy that this store has seems a bit ridiculous. Especially with the situation at hand where TJ Maxx will not be bringing in more swimsuits this season Its created a very frustrating situation for us and wasted a good hour + of our time We put all of our purchases back and went somewhere else It actually worked out cuz we found better items with more variety to choose from as well as it being more affordable than what TJ Maxx had

jenn chab: Coming to La Bijouterie was a healing experience, to say the least. We came to Set for a new beginning after a traumatic incident regarding our original ring. Last year, we had originally gone to our family jeweler (in LA) of 20 years to reset our ring for our 20th anniversary. He basically disappeared with our diamond, cash, and our trust. We were heartbroken over the 20 years of memories that were stolen from us, and my kind husband was so upset but he decided to save up for another diamond and surprised me with the option to reset our ring again. This time we did our research and found Set, who listened to our story and he treated us so kindly and compassionately. After just a few short weeks, we had designed the ring I had been dreaming of. When I went to see it for the first time I expected to have a few edits or corrections, but it was literally PERFECT. I had NOTHING I wanted to change and it was EXACTLY everything I wanted and more. Set himself was amazing to work with and he is so good at what he does (he always had a nonstop stream of clients every time we came in). I’m so so so happy we found Set and we are so glad he is now a part of our ring’s (and anniversary) story. I will be recommending Set to anyone and everyone.

Heather Rossi: I had the best experience at Lang! Natalia very quickly zeroed in on my preferences, then patiently helped me try on virtually every ring in the store that fit my style. She was so knowledgable about rings, explaining what made each one special and what best fit my hand. She provided several tips about how to best judge the look--for example, trying it on herself and moving away from me, having me look in mirrors at various distances, taking pictures from all angles. She was patient and professional, but also super friendly and personable, and seemed genuinely thrilled to be helping us. I would go back to Lang and to Natalia a million times--and in fact, three other jewelers I visited when shopping for my ring told me that Lang is the best outside of New York.
