1 /5 Gricelda Hernandez LMT: All I needed was to sign a claim in front of an Allstate agent at least that’s what my adjuster told me to do so I went to this office and the female that came out to open the door had a terrible attitude stating that I was supposed to make an appointment because she had booked clients and she didn’t have time to help me. She didn’t say good afternoon, welcome or anything like that. . . Terrible vibe. Very disappointing experience.
