The team came up with a great solution that kept the original integrity of the ring and actually enhanced it. Krystal A: DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE! I would give zero stars if possible. I went in to replace my gold necklace clasp and after paying almost $100 I found out that it wasn’t real gold. I picked up my niece who was holding a magnet in her hand and to my surprise her magnet stuck right to the clasp that I had just replaced. The woman working the counter even said if I let them keep my broken clasp they would knock off $38, I’m glad I went with my gut and refused the offer. Shame on you for ripping people off and having no integrity. I hope other patrons are smart enough to take their business elsewhere.

Janet Steigerwald: Dolly is a kick to work with. Shes super bubbly and knows her stuff. If you take her basic jewelry class youll come home with a swirl bracelet. The items she teaches are jewelry youd want to wear, at price not much more than just buying it outright. And youll have the skills to make many more items. Classes are up to 6 people but usually only one or two. Tools are provided so no costly outlay up front.
