Yolo County District Attorney - Woodland Chris Preston: I was attacked while working on halloween and besides the assault my phone was smashed. Both assailants were arrested that night, charges were pressed, and was to occur. I was served a subpoena to testify as the victim. I was never interviewed or had a statement taken. The DA called me the day before the trial to say they didnt feel like going to trial. We can do better than this incompetent DA.
