1 /5 Chris Preston: I was attacked while working on halloween and besides the assault my phone was smashed. Both assailants were arrested that night, charges were pressed, and was to occur. I was served a subpoena to testify as the victim. I was never interviewed or had a statement taken. The DA called me the day before the trial to say they didnt feel like going to trial. We can do better than this incompetent DA.

1 /5 Jerry Rogersome: A couple years ago I was homeless and cited for illegal camping, which is a misdemeanor (i.e. up to 1 year in jail). The DA, Jeff Reisig, spent 10 months pursuing me only to have my case dismissed after the judge ruled it was a violation of my 8th Amendment - the right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment. Your tax dollars wasted and my time.

1 /5 X C: I had the unfortunate experience of interacting with over the phone Peggy. Customer service was horrible and was extremely rude, mock and talked over constantly. Im not surprised of the low rating if employees are aloud to be so unpleasant/unprofessional.
