5 /5 Margaret Fordham: I have wanted to get healthy for years, however I was unsure how to go about getting there. I read about the Fitness Lab and Sean’s approach and decided to talk with him about how his program could work for me. I am now 5 weeks into my 12-week program with him and it has been such a positive experience. Sean listened to what my goals are and created not only a workout plan but also a meal plan that is diverse, delicious and nutritious. Not once have I felt deprived or overwhelmed with my personalized program. I get to work with Sean and his other trainers that are patient, knowledgeable and wonderful overall.
It is amazing how much stronger I feel week after week. I can feel a difference in my energy level and how my clothes fit. I am excited to continue and improve my health.
