    L C: Jade Galore has been my goto jewelry store ever since I bought my wedding and engagement set 10 plus years ago. I like their service and pricing. Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and Ive always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because its secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stones size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. This week, I bought a new simple band from Debbie in their new SJ store. Its nice to see her again after the lock down. The new store is beautiful and large. The gentleman helping at the front was able to answer all my questions and shared some insider knowledge on what to look for what to ask the next time I visit a different jewelry store. They have a large selection for every budget. I ended up buying a small cross and chain for my son and they gave us all the time in the world to try different ones. Went above and beyond to go to their jeweler for resizing. They also bought a piece we had. Gave us an honest and amazing price for it. Definitely stop by!

I love how Magda was honest enough to recommend that we see Caesar about a diamond to set. We missed him, but were blessed with guidance from his wife, Connie. You helped make the 10 worth it girl!! She was patient, and really wanted to know what I wanted, not just what they were "selling." She understood my vision, then helped me piece it together. Reminding me to not hold back, because theyre very accommodating. We decided on a set, along with a captivating chain link and diamond ring from the mens side. Like a glove!! The employees made them feel so special and made them necklaces with their birthstones in them and chatted with them the whole time. They felt so special! They were so kind and wonderful.
