The owner is constantly working to improve the gym with new machines and accommodations such as showers, lockers, AC, and heating. The atmosphere is great. The gym doesnt feel like those fancy and luxurious gyms that feel like hospitals. This gym feels like your training along side Ronnie Coleman and Dorian Yates. I highly recommend this gym to anyone passing by inyo County

She is an observant, careful teacher who takes her practice incredibly seriously and pays individual attention to a students progress. A study recently came out showing that proper yoga is better to relieve back pain than typical medications, and Mary provides an excellent environment to gain the most benefit from practicing yoga. I gained a lot from her pilates instruction last summer as well.

The mats are well maintained, and this self defense sport is really fun. There are also separate classes for kids and grown adults alike. Overall I’d definitely recommend this gym if you’re into sports and want to learn the art of jiujitsu.
