5 /5 Kristina Sep: I’ve been coming to Sweat 60 for semi-private sessions as well as group classes for almost two years now, and I have nothing but great things to say. The classes are a great mix of strength and cardio, and every trainer is super friendly and helpful. The semi-private sessions have also given me confidence at the gym - I never really did any strength training before starting at Sweat 60. Huge shoutout to Kevin, who I train with and who owns the gym. He’s always there to watch my form carefully, and knows when to push me to try a heavier weight or adjust the workout if I need recovery.
The sessions are challenging but motivating—never intimidating. I’ve gained noticeable strength, improved my confidence with lifting, and learned proper technique that’s made a huge difference in my progress.
If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely supportive trainer who knows how to get results safely and effectively, I can’t recommend Kevin enough.
