3 /5 arlethdelaf: I visited the Swarovski store at the Roseville galleria on November 6, 2021 around 5-6 pm. I found exactly what I was looking for and everything was fine with my purchase except the customer service. The lady that was there didn’t greet us when we came in and did her best to ignore us. Every question we asked was short and with a tone. She definitely acted like she was royalty or something. When she finally checked us out she did not thanked us for the purchase or anything. She handed us the bag and seemed extremely bothered by our presence. By far this has been one of the worst customer service that I have experienced at one of your stores. I hope my review helps you to fix the lack of customer service or may be for people to find somewhere else to shop.

5 /5 Art Guerrero: Best customer service and fabulous reps. I bought a crystal rose for my wife’s birthday earlier this year and someone accidentally knocked it off its stand a few pedals broke off. They replaced the crystal rose as part of their 2 year warranty! I was so happy and thankful. I’ll definitely comeback and purchase new products. Thank you!

Brittany Hoganson: Levon is a true artist! I brought him a loose gemstone, only ONE inspiration picture and a vision. He was able to make exactly what I had in my head a reality! He was very patient through the design process with me, walked me through different options and it was a very collaborative approach. I enjoyed being involved in making this a special piece. You can tell he has high standards and there a focus on making sure it was done right. I appreciated this because I am picky about proportions. I wanted a ring that could be worn frequently, stack with my other gold bands and was more on the dainty side for a gemstone ring. He was also able to source accent trillion cut diamonds, which is not an easy task given the size I wanted but he was up for it and delivered! His communication was great and he kept me updated along the way. The price was absolutely fair for his design/production time, materials, and quality finished product. I am going to do business with Levon again and recommend him!!
