He was kind and more than happy to spend the time with me to make sure everything was perfect. He got it to match my wifes other jewelry all we way down to the link size/shape in the chain. His attention to detail is meticulous. There is a lot of beautiful jewelry already in the cases and look a lot more custom and less mass produced than you see in those chains. Im glad I stopped in. This will be my family jeweler for sure! This will be my recommendation for anyone looking for a jeweler. You can expect me back.

The first ring clasp was too small to navigate easily so I returned and asked for help. Kevin kindly took it back and remedied the situation. It was a much appreciated service with a smile. Brittany Hoganson: Levon is a true artist! I brought him a loose gemstone, only ONE inspiration picture and a vision. He was able to make exactly what I had in my head a reality! He was very patient through the design process with me, walked me through different options and it was a very collaborative approach. I enjoyed being involved in making this a special piece. You can tell he has high standards and there a focus on making sure it was done right. I appreciated this because I am picky about proportions. I wanted a ring that could be worn frequently, stack with my other gold bands and was more on the dainty side for a gemstone ring. He was also able to source accent trillion cut diamonds, which is not an easy task given the size I wanted but he was up for it and delivered! His communication was great and he kept me updated along the way. The price was absolutely fair for his design/production time, materials, and quality finished product. I am going to do business with Levon again and recommend him!!

Mr Nobody: Five stars. Gold USA is the place for your gold jewelry needs in Sacramento. They have chains, rings , bracelets, pendants , grills, etc, and anything else you might be looking for. The family that run this place are good people. The owner Jon is the man , I was treated with respect through out my whole entire shopping experience. I came across this place through word of mouth and decided to walk in and browse their jewelry selection on display and came across a ring that I like, I asked to get it done in 14k gold and it was ready in two days, but because of my work schedule I asked if they can hold on to it until I picked it up on my days off. They agreed with no problems and upon pick up, I really appreciated the craftsmanship of the piece upon inspection, its good quality stuff and the price was really fair also. If you know anything about how gold jewelry works , dont hesitate to try this place, you wont be disappointed, the prices are fair. I definitely recommend this business and will be coming back again for future needs. It makes me happy to know Im in good hands, as I have dealt with sleazy business owners before. Thanks Jon and family once again, you made me a happy customer.
