5 /5 Kim Lopez: I love everything about taking classes at Sunflower Studio! The interior is beautiful and the classes are intimate. Jade is very helpful in making slight changes in your movements and poses that lead to a better workout. Although, I love the yoga classes, Barre was a great workout and so fun! I brought a group of friends from Bakersfield to try classes as well. As beginners, they felt supported and loved both Gentle and Sculpt yoga.

Currently, barre with Ashley is my favorite—it’s a fun, upbeat way to tap into your feminine energy while getting a gnarly workout in.

I have been a member since the studio opened and I will continue to be a member for years to come. Highly recommend this high quality training gym!

Christopher Stofle: Honestly Class 5 is great. I’ve been a 24/7 member for a few years now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. There are obviously areas that could be improved, as could be said about any business, but the culture that the owner Bev creates there is outstanding. She always tries to help out by providing coaching when she sees potential for injury. I highly recommend giving this gym a shot if you haven’t had the opportunity to yet.

They go above and beyond, by checking in with me via text and sending helpful tips or encouraging emails to keep me going. I love the atmosphere here! The members encourage one another, the workouts can be adapted to fit your fitness level and still challenge you. The gym is clean, spacious, and efficiently organized so it can accommodate many people and a variety of exercises simultaneously. I love working out again!
