5 /5 Robin Darcy Smith: I am committed! Awesome workout, fun and effective. My running is improving week by week! I did have a little body issue today and did not feel I could run so I walked the incline; I still had an awesome workout. I think this is a great workout for some of our injured runners and those others that want to get a great session without running...check it out! You will not be disappointed, I promise ;)
