5 /5 Kiana Mameghani: I’ve been struggling to find a workout class that I enjoy and I’m so happy that I found SPENGA because I now can get a really good workout and stay consistent! The 20 minutes of spin, strength & then ending with Yoga is what intrigued me at first because I get to try 3 different classes in one and the workouts go by fast that you’re done before you know it. Within those 20 minutes you’re really put to work so don’t let the shorter increments fool you! The instructors are also what makes the classes enjoyable. They are fun, nice, energetic & guide you through your movements. I recommend for everyone to try SPENGA out if you’re looking for a good workout and some motivation!
