She has sensitive skin so had a couple issues and they were always welcoming and willing to help her in every way possible and gave her great advice. We recently went back in to get help changing out a pair of earrings and they did it right away and were very cool about helping her out once again. This is where anyone should go for piercings.

Jamie did the piercing on her and was fabulous, very patient and kind with her, marked out the placing of the piercing and explained everything to her. The piercing was basically pain free and she had a great experience

Leniii: I always go to this store and the employees are super nice and the customer service is amazing. But I recently went with my friend to icing , I am hispanic and she’s African American. As soon as we walked in the store this one cashier she’s a white older lady who has her hair dyed dark red and has tattoos on her arm, she gave us a dirty look and didn’t greet us. We felt unwelcome and stereotyped . As we were trying to shop she followed us and kept eyeing us , when she got a line she told another employee to follow us and stood so close to us . We were not stealing we were just trying to shop. It makes me mad when they assume you’re going to steal without proof.

adriana trenado: Love going to JC Penny and the little playground in the coddingtown mall located in front of JCPenny. They have the cleanest and most organized spots. The employees are extremely helpful and kind. I WANT TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER. Thank you for grabbing my backpack from the bathroom and giving it back to me. Although some customer stole my $120. I at least got my backpack and my belongings inside of it which most importantly included my wallet with my ID and etc. Thank you so much for being amazing. I always come here to JCPenny with my mom or on my own to buy clothes for my child. She loves it here. Thankyou I’m very appreciative.

Erica Meyer: This is a cute store, simply to walk around when in the area. Great for gifts, toys, random objects, puzzles and cards. We stopped in to look around and I was astonished by the cute jewelry. I didnt buy any this time, but did hint to my SO that Id like some. I hope he gets the hint haha. My friend found origami paper she liked. Highly recommend. Hours are slightly altered due to COVID. They have cute masks, $7.99 each for those wanting a new one :)
