5 /5 Stephanie Armstrong: Solos has quickly become my favorite Pilates studio in town. No matter which instructor is teaching, the classes are consistently enjoyable, challenging, and thoughtfully structured. I especially look forward to classes with Carina, Lindsey, and McKenna—each of them brings something unique, keeps things fresh, and always offers options to adjust intensity.
As someone returning to training postpartum, this has been the first place where the process has actually felt rewarding. I’ve been able to see and feel real progress from class to class. The instructors are great about providing broad modifications without calling anyone out, and their cues make it easy to scale the difficulty up or down based on what your body needs that day. I’ve never had a cue that led to overworking something, yet I still leave each class feeling worked to muscle fatigue—in the best way.
I also came in recovering from a shoulder injury, and these classes have played a big part in rebuilding my mobility and strength safely. Add in the great playlists, the clean and welcoming studio, and the genuinely kind, knowledgeable staff, and it feels like time and money really well spent. I can’t recommend Solos enough.
