Lilla, the owner is dedicated to creating a healing space where people from all walks of life can connect & grow through yoga & the other offerings at the studio. They provide complementary, high quality mats to all attendees and have ample props to modify your practice as desired. Their programming is thoughtfully curated and class times are varied to fit almost any schedule.

5 /5 Sara Bartow: I met Lilla a few years ago as a member at Simply Rooted, and I was immediately drawn to her warm, inviting energy. As someone new to yoga at the time, I felt safe and supported practicing with Lilla and her team of instructors. She created a space that felt both grounded and welcoming. That same authentic, loving, and spiritual presence carries through into her coaching work. Working with Lilla through Mastery Consulting has been a truly beautiful journey. 5 /5 Julio Rodriguez: The sound bath lead by Lilla Taylor is one of my favorites. The setting was very intimate and welcoming especially for a first timer like myself. The facilitator was very warm, friendly and attuned to the experience and environment she creates. This is the second time I have attended a workshop here and look forward to attending more in the future. If you’re interested in attending but are intimidated or shy about it, don’t worry. You are in goods hands here.

5 /5 Amazing Grace Media: I recently attended a sound bath here and I was so impressed! The experience was incredible, I entered a form of relaxation that I’ve never felt before. I felt so rested & rejuvenated coming out of it. It was a very welcoming environment & a beautiful space. The instructor was transparent & kind, leading us through many different kinds of frequency healing. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!!
