5 /5 Matthew Montes: Joseph and Dojah put on a great introductory group workout. It was a great first experience to the group fitness aspect. You start with a nice warm up, grab a partner that stays with you through each station. Both coaches walked around the room and were available to offer any advice or answer any questions with form or progressions/regressions. They remained very positive and supportive to everyone participating and I highly suggest you give it a try if you live near Redding/Anderson/Cottonwood.
