Shame on the sensetive people who don’t get what they want giving them 1 star, the owners Khala Nasrin and kaka Fahim are the biggest sweethearts I’ve met. Be friendly and respectful and you’ll get the same energy back.

Their collection is absolutely beautiful the designs are elegant, trendy, and truly reflect the richness of Pakistani fashion. I was impressed by the variety of outfits they offered, from casual wear to formal attire. What stood out the most was their customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I left with something I loved. Another huge plus: the prices! Everything was very reasonably priced for the quality and style they offer. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Silk Star to anyone looking for stylish and affordable Pakistani clothing.

    K SILVA: I bought a diamond bracelet for $750.00 on November 15, 2023 for my daughter for Christmas. After I paid Ali asked me to sign a receipt, I asked him what it said because I did not have my reading glasses. Ali told me "It says you are buying what is described". I took it home and it remained in the box and bag until this afternoon (November 20, 2023) when I inspected it with my loop I noticed it was scratched (many scratches) and looked used. The gold had popped bubbles. They told me it was 2 carats and 10k gold. I took it to a jeweler and they told me a couple of the diamonds were not real and the metal was poor, and they noticed the scratches too. So tonight about 6:30 I went back to the store to return the bracelet and they refused sighting the receipt I signed which says no refunds. I told them there are laws to protect consumers from businesses like theirs, they told me to sue them so after this review I am filing suit in small claims court. FYI These people know nothing about the laws they are under in this state. When you buy a product at retail you have certain expectations and unless there are signs and the receipt must have the language as required by law they cannot refuse to refund. None of the required language is on my receipt nor in the store. I have video and pictures of the inside of the store and the counters, there s nothing warning consumers that you cannot return an item for a refund. It is only when you have already paid them, they have you sign a receipt. In California consumers cannot sign their right to a warranty away. This is why the law makes a retailer post signs at the product location! Their policies are not legal. They are getting sued, and the code comes with penalties payable to any consumer for violations of this kind by a retailer.

    Stacy Zelaya: The man working there was so rude & when I explained that I was just there a few weeks prior and the size of my ring (which was sized by them) was a bit big he not only was going to charge me again, but double what I had paid previously. After I refused to pay I asked if I can get my ring cleaned, and he was going to charge me for that as well & when I asked why I was being charged he said because he "has to pay rent." This experience was a joke and it sucks because we were looking at other rings to purchase.
