1 /5 Riccardo Veraldi: Sorry but not happy with it. Went to adjust a brand new watch titanium bracelet for proper length. I suppose they did not have the proper tools because when I Arrived home the bracelet was scratched and damaged and two of the pins were completely off by one side. Two pins are damaged and do not engage in the bracelet holes and I have to bring it to another shop to repair now hoping there is not any more damage than this. Do not go there for watch repair it is terrible.
