1 /5 Rafaëlla Lacasse: *BUYERS BEWARE*
I purchased a defective/low quality tennis bracelet from Sarraf about a year ago. I have only worn it on a couple of occasions and it has broken twice since, at the same place. It seems like one of the link in the bracelet is defective. I used the lifetime warranty the first time it broke and it cost me 100$ to do so. The bracelet was repaired and sent back to me. Now after that repair, the bracelet broke again the first time I wore it. I asked them if I could return the bracelet to get a new one or get a store credit. I simply cannot pay 100$ every time the bracelet breaks because it is defective in the first place. Unfortunately they are refusing to cooperate on any level, having one of the worst costumer service I’ve seen. Instead of helping me out they are blaming me, speculating on what I did to break it, on top of being rude in their response. AVOID THIS COMPANY IS YOU WANT QUALITY JEWELRY AND HUMANE SERVICE.
