1 /5 Norma Rios: Just horrible. They are very unprofessional and won’t admit to their mistakes and even laugh at their customers. Took in some jewelry to get fixed, they didn’t do a good job and on top of that damaged one and said it was brought in that way and tried to charge to fix it even though they’re the ones that messed it up. That’s not all, they never called to notify us our items were ready. They didn’t even know where they were at, had to look for them. Just a horrible experience with them, horrible attitude from the owner, they don’t take care of people’s items and on top of that they degrade their customers. Will never go back to them and don’t recommend them to anyone.
