1 /5 Brenda P.: The lady Maria literally put a different sized extension on a necklace my bf bought. It looks so tacky. Why would they even do that in the first place. The lady is so unprofessional in her line of work. She should have just asked for them to come back another time for the correct size extension. She wants to charge me $20 for the change. I voiced my concern and now she doesn’t want to help me. That’s what customers do, we can voice our concerns. She’s definitely not fit for a customer service job.
