This specific branch denied to authorize the reversal of an overdraft fee of questionable legitimacy after being assured by managers at another branch that the issue would be solved. I was treated incredibly rudely on the phone by a female associate who informed me that at the direction of her GM she was unable to deliver this service I had been formally offered. When asked if the GM was available to speak to directly, I was merged with a brief pause and “he’s not available at the moment,” I asked when he would be available and after another pause I was told he would be unavailable the rest of the afternoon.

I was shocked when I was told it would cost me $8.00 to cash the check because I didnt have an account there... my own bank doesnt charge. They also required a photo ID & thumb print. My friend didnt know this and was embarrassed.
