1 /5 D H: We used her to do our 2013 taxes. She didnt put all of our income down. And due to kelly kampschmidt not doing the job we paid $350 dollars for her to do, we owe over $2000 between state and feds. When I confronted her about it, she didnt care and said it wasnt her problem. She blamed it on her computer program that she uses. Then tried to tell me that she couldnt find the error. I am not a mathematician, and I found the mistake she made in two minutes. Kelly said it wasnt her responsibility, when she is the one that did a horrendous job that is costing us a massive amount of money. Unless you want your taxes completely messed up, poor customer service and someone who refuses to stand behind her work DO NOT use kelly kampsschmidt to do your taxes.
