1 /5 Brian Turpen: If I could give negative stars, I would! This man told my husband to bring my ring in and he would have it done by the next day 3pm. Not only was the ring not even touched the next day, he told me to call again the following day to check. So we did.......he never answered the phone. So I had to drive all the way over just for him to say he still had not touched it! Then 7 days later he still had not called us. So my husband has to drive over again because he is not answering. Finally he says the ring is done. Once picked up the ring was the same damn size. Save yourself the hassel and go to someone else.
